Our Mission
Our mission is to plant 7,000 artificial evergreen trees outdoors throughout the United States. We present creative possibilities for these trees for the public to consider. And we encourage public participation, so come Treecycle with us!
We Treecycle - we repurpose artificial evergreen trees by introducing them to the outdoors, thereby making an aesthetic investment in the American landscape.
In addition, we have begun to document and classify the many varieties of artificial evergreen trees in order to increase and disseminate understanding about these trees. Our classification efforts include assigning common and scientific names, documenting physical attributes, and point of origin.
And after we plant our 7,000th artificial evergreen...
Our mission extends beyond the first 7,000 artificial evergreen trees. We set a goal to plant 7,000 artificial evergreen trees because we needed to start somewhere.
We anticipate that this project will grow into the ongoing planting of artificial evergreen trees throughout the United States and beyond.
